Fashion Flashback

Anna Luks on the Road

I stumbled across this video clip that I never knew existed. What a coincidence!
Exactly a year and 2 days ago,  I was invited to showcase my work at the Face of Fashion4Africa model contest which was held at the Africa Center in London's Convent Garden on the 11th December 2010.
This was the first Anna Luks show to the public.
It was such an honor just to be there with other fantastic African designers.  The highlight was when model Samira Hashi won the contest wearing Anna Luks.

The Nutty Nice Footwear!

Art, Style & Design

I came across these amazing images of shoes.  They might look insane, nevertheless, what fascinates me is the initial thought of what was going through the mind of the designer.  They are wonderful pieces of art I would say.  Would I wear any of them?  ....well, may be this first image below, it look a bit safe but not quite sure how comfortable it would be, but one thing I am sure of is, I would definitely be a show stopper!!!!!,

Aahhemm....... as for the rest, I wouldn't mind displaying them somewhere in my house, wonderful piece of art!  I totally love each one of them.
.....and kudos, for the ladies who attempt to wear them!!!!
Enjoy the genius work.
